In staging, we take a critical look at the design and layout of your home to ensure that the space looks and feels its best. Upon walking into a home they might purchase, prospective buyers should be struck by the obvious value of the property; they should get a glimpse of what it might feel like if they were to inhabit it. In staging your home for sale, we might tweak the layout of furnishings, swap or supplement existing decor, and even address key upgrades you’d do well to make in the space prior to listing. I offer staging as a complementary additional service with all of my listings. Not every home requires in-depth staging, but I’ve found that some level of consultation on this front reliably helps homes to sell easily and at ideal market values.
