Jen is easily accessible and is more than willing to provide design consultation in person and even through e-mailing pictures or sending pictures through text messages! Jen came with me to select my kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and ledge stone that was used for our fireplace and the backsplash of our kitchen. She also provided guidance when we needed to select trim for all our windows, paint colors, and light fixtures for all of the rooms in the house. I also asked her to come with me to select furniture for our living room, dining room, and kitchen. Jen even helped me select and hang curtain rods and curtains. Jen quickly got to know our preferences in colors and design. She is very creative as well, which resulted in some unique suggestions like using a flat stone for the shower floor in the master bathroom and as the backsplash for the powder room. Based on the suggestions Jen made for our home, we would not change one thing! Although we are finished building, we continue to request Jen's services to assist us in the final touches of making our house a home, such as selecting and hanging artwork. Jen Copeland is a tremendously talented designer. Her services are reasonably priced and worth every single penny.
